Invite teammates and assign roles

To maintain data confidentiality and avoid information overload, you need to create roles and define permissions and restrictions. 

View the permissions of the existing roles

To view the privileges of the existing roles, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Settings > Roles
2. Click View next to the role to view permissions
   
   
   
   

You can only view the permissions of the default roles. You cannot edit them.

Invite teammates and assign them a role

Let’s invite some of your teammates and assign them a role based on their work responsibilities.

To invite your teammates and assign them a specific role, perform the following steps.

1. Go to Settings > Teammates. 
2. Click  Invite Teammate to add users who need to use Revv.
3. On the Invite Teammate window, enter the e-mail ID of the user whom you are inviting to use Revv. Select the required Role from the list.
4.  Click INVITE.
