Create Roles

Roles are the designations of Revv Users, mostly based on their responsibilities. i.e, each user will be assigned a role. Each role will be treated as a User group whose permissions can be managed. To create a new Role (coming soon), simply click “Create New Role” and enter the Role title. Revv has 3 Roles created by default and cannot be altered.

• Sales Representative
• Sales Manager
• Sales Operations

Note: Revv also supports another role Account Owner. However, account owner has all the permission set that of Sales Ops.
