  1. Log in to your Revv account using your credentials.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. Go to the template in which you want to add a table as a form field.
  4. Add a table to your template.
  5. Click the three vertical dots (ellipsis) icon.

  7. Enter the table field's name. 
  8. Enter the description of your table field.
  9. Click Add field.
