How do I know that my documents are eSigned?

Once your document gets signed, Revv sends you an email notification along with the link to the document. Alternatively, you can monitor the document’s status in Revv’s Activity tab. Revv also captures an extensive Evidence Summary with Audit Trail that you can download from your Revv account and view.
