How to create and activate a new price book?

A price book is a list of products and services along with their prices. You need to create and activate price books for your organization.

Use the PriceBook page to create a price book for your products.

1. Click PriceBook on the left navigation bar.
2. Once you are on the PriceBook screen, click + or Add New price book.
3. The following information needs to be updated
   • Enter the name for the price book.
   • Enter the description.
   • Define the currency.
4. Click ADD.
   Cheers! You just created your price book in a jiffy.
   Now the new price book is created but it is still inactive. To make your price book active, click Pricebook Inactive on the newly created Pricebook page. You will be prompted to check whether you would like to activate this price book.
   Click PriceBook Activate to activate your price book. On the Activate Pricebook window, click Activate. Your price book is active now. Your team will be able to see this price book now.
