How can I share a folder with my colleagues?

A collaborator is someone invited into your files or folders. When you add someone as a collaborator to a folder, he or she can view/edit your folder and all the documents within it.
Note: You may choose whether you want to give collaborators permission to edit a folder or limit them to only viewing it.
To add collaborators to a folder, follow these steps:
- Click Documents from the left navigation bar.
- On the Documents page, hover over the folder's line item to which you want to add a collaborator.
- Click on the vertical ellipsis icon, which will open a small pop-up window.
- Click Add collaborator.
- On the Add collaborator window, select (or add) the appropriate collaborator.
- Click View next to the search user field and choose whether you want to provide view permission or edit permission.
- Click Save.
Your collaborator will receive an email from Revv with an invitation to collaborate on the document.
