How do I publish fillable web forms?

To create and publish fillable forms, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Revv account using your credentials. 
  2. Create a form template containing form fields to be filled by recipients.
  3. Publish the template as a form-based document.
  4. Click the Share icon.
  5. Enable the Publish fillable form to web option.
  6. Select the action that you want your recipients to perform.
    • Fill and submit form: People with links can enter their details in form fields and submit documents.
    • Fill and accept form: People with links can enter their details in form fields and click I accept to give their consent.
  7. Enter the link title that is used to generate the link of unique documents created for each recipient.
  8. Enable and copy the link.
  9. Click Done.
  10. Paste the link on your website or share it over email, social media, or messaging apps.

You have successfully published your web form.

Note

  • The unique (secondary) documents created for each recipient are stored in the same folder where the original form-based (primary) document is stored.
  • The name of the secondary documents is in the 'filler's first name_link title' format.
