You can send your documents online to others using Revv. Whether it is an internal user or a customer outside your organization, it does not matter! You can easily share your documents. They can collaborate on your documents, write notes, and comments, or simply view them.

  1. On the Documents page, click and select the document you want to send to others.
    The document is opened.
  2. On the Documents, click Send at the top right of the page.
  3. If you want to send the document to someone over the e-mail, click Send to someone.
  4. Click Invite people if you want to collaborate with others over documents.

  5. In this case, since you want to send the document for someone to review, click Send to someone.
  6. On the Recipient Details window, enter the details of your recipients.

  7. Click Send document.

  8. Change your document status. Select the status from the list.
  9. Click Done.

The other features you can use while sending your document to others for review:

If you want your user to edit your document, enable the can edit your document option.
On the Revv Details window, specify whether you want the recipient toed it the document.

If you want to add recipient, click Add recipient.

If you want to delete an added recipient, click to delete the document.

Click Show to view information on other reviewers who has access to this document.
