Why Others Are Not Able to Edit My Documents?

You have shared your document with others, but they are not able to edit your documents. The reasons others are not able to edit your documents might be:

1) They are not part of your account/org in Revv.

If the person with whom you shared your document is not part of your account, then invite them to use Revv and make them part of your account. Once, they become your teammates in Revv, they can edit your documents. Refer to how to add users or invite them to become team members to know more details about adding teammates to the account.

2) You might not have given them permission to edit the documents while sharing the documents
While sharing your document, you need to provide edit permission to your recipients.
